NAKC Secretary’s Report:
Update: Some classes have started back up in June. Please see the calendar for more information and contact Sherry Gibbany. More information will be shared with the membership at a later date.
All classes, including agility class and drop-in Sunday classes, are canceled until further notice. We hope to be able to resume around May 1 but will need to evaluate when the time gets closer.
The Agility Trial in Berryville April 10-12 has been canceled. All entries were 100% refunded. At this time the club does not plan on rescheduling the event.
At this time, the NAKC obedience/rally trial May 15-17, 2020 is still scheduled as is. I repeat obedience/rally trial is STILL ON. Again this could have to be re-evaluated as time gets closer. If must cancel, all entries will be 100% refunded. Let’s plan on this trial taking place and train those dogs at home.
NO April General Meeting, it has been canceled. If anything pressing needs addressed an email will be sent out to the membership.
NAKC Fall Dog Shows
I need trophy donations for the November cluster conformation show in Springfield. Need by June 1. Our show will be on Nov 5 and 6 (Thurs and Fri)

$100 – Reserve Best in Show each day
Groups – $50 each group each day (designate group want to sponsor)
Owner Handled Groups – $25 each group each day (designate group want to sponsor)
Breed Prizes (designate breed, class) per breed per day
Best of Breed – $20
BOS – $15
BOW – $15
Select – $10
WD – $10
WB – $10
Veteran Class – $10
